- The regulator registers three programmes here and the faculty's seat list names two. The college's own site names the third, Computer Engineering, and gives its intake capacity as 48.2
- There are two Balkumaris, one by Koteshwor in Kathmandu and one in Lalitpur. The regulator places this college in Kathmandu and the college's own site agrees.2
- Its own history dates the college to 2012 and says it was the first college affiliated to Purbanchal University to teach BE Electrical Engineering.2
- It also teaches a Bachelor in Information Technology, which is not on the engineering register and is not counted in the programmes above.2
